Refund policy

Purchases are valid for exchange, or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors and undamaged, with all tags attached. We only accept returns of unused and undamaged items. *Custom sized orders are non-refundable as they are made to your provided measurements. *Luxury items, custom items and items under $300 are not eligible for free returns/exchanges, customer will be responsible for return shipping. Luxury & Custom items are FREE US, UK & Canada EXCHANGES ON ALL ORDERS : Free prepaid shipping label provided for approved exchanges with RMA number. We Provide Prepaid Shipping Label for Luxury & Custom items in US, UK & Canada Orders: Prepaid shipping label provided for approved return/exchanges with RMA number. A return shipping fee of $11.99 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchange Process:

To begin your return, please email us at support@jaketi.com with the following information:

1. You will be required to provide your order number and an email address associated with the order.
2. Select the reason for the return.
3. Choose the type of return (Exchange, Return to Original Payment or Store Credit).
4. If you are submitting a request for an exchange, please make sure to mention the size for the exchange.
